Ada Mae Nolt

Ada Mae (Zimmerman) Nolt, 79, of East Earl, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2025 in her residence after a brief illness.

Born in East Earl, she was the daughter of the late John O. and Esther (Nolt) Zimmerman.

She was the loving wife of Lloyd W. Nolt, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.

She was a member of Churchtown Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference) and she was a homemaker.

Ada is survived by her husband, Lloyd, children, Leonard R. Nolt husband of Marian of Dundee, NY, Lloyd Z. Nolt husband of Marie of Dundee, NY, Lester Z. Nolt husband of Ruth Ann of East Earl and Margaret Ann wife of Elvin Newswanger of Narvon, 26 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and siblings, Mary Zimmerman of Narvon, Mahlon Zimmerman husband of Edna of New Holland, Esther wife of Rufus Reiff of Leola, Margaret Burkholder of New Holland Ellen Burkholder wife of Harvey of Stevens, Alta Burkholder wife of Aaron of Millmont and Susie Zimmerman wife of Aaron of Lewisburg.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Matthew Nolt, siblings, Emma Zimmerman wife of Elmer, John Zimmerman husband of Martha and her brother in laws, Titus Zimmerman and Clarence Burkholder.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Churchtown Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference), 2207 Main Street, Narvon PA 17555 with Bishop Marvin Nolt officiating. Viewings will be held at the late home, 2036 N Churchtown Road, East Earl PA 17519 on Monday, February 17, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery.
