Alma M. Newswanger Weaver, 73, of East Earl, entered into rest on December 10, 2025.

Born in Caernarvon Township, she was the daughter of the late Noah and Maria (Martin) Newswanger.

She was the wife of Lloyd M. Weaver, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage.

She was a homemaker and a member of Churchtown Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference).

Surviving in addition to her husband are five children, Joel husband of Alice Zimmerman Weaver of Canandaigua, NY, Daniel husband of Anna Mae Horning Weaver of Owen, WI, Mary wife of Enos H. Martin of Abbotsford, WI, Miriam Weaver of East Earl and James husband of Dorcas Shirk Weaver of Narvon, twenty eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, four siblings, Esther wife of the late Amos Martin of New Holland, Alvin husband of the late Shirley Newswanger of AZ, Noah husband of Esther Newswanger of Martinsburg, PA, Anna wife of the late Luke L. Martin of New Enterprise, PA.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four siblings, Irene, wife of the late Eli Kilmer, Aaron, Vera and Edwin Newswanger.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Churchtown Old Order Mennonite Church, 2207 Main Street, Narvon PA 17555 with Bishop Marvin Nolt officiating. Viewings will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the home of James Weaver, 2247 Little Hill Road, Narvon PA 17555 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
