Ammon Zimmerman Martin

Ammon Z. Martin, 80, of 5711 Division Highway, Narvon, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

He was the husband of Eva M. Hoover Martin. Born in East Earl, he was the son of the late Amos M. and Mary Zimmerman Martin,

Ammon was a retired farmer and a member of the Reidenbach Mennonite Church.

Surviving besides his wife are eight children, Rebecca Martin and Lucy Martin both of Narvon, Virginia wife of Nelson Martin of East Earl, Susan wife of Kenneth Martin of Milton, Linda wife of Michael Martin of East Earl, Miriam wife of Thomas Martin of East Earl, Edward Martin of New Holland, and Justin husband of Priscilla Martin of Narvon; 34 grandchildren; five brothers, Daniel husband of Carol Martin of Narvon, Aden husband of Alta Martin of Milton, Rueben Martin of New Holland, Amos Martin of Watsontown, and Henry husband of Ruth Martin of New Holland; six sisters, Ella Martin of East Earl, Florence Martin of Milton, Alta wife of Elam Martin of Watsontown, Mary Reiff of Watsontown, Lydia Reiff of Ephrata, and Vera Martin of New Holland; and a sister-in-law, Vera Martin. He was preceded in death by and infant daughter, Mary Martin, four grandchildren, brother, Titus Martin and sister, Annie Hoover.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June, 9, at 9:30 AM at the Reidenbach Mennonite Church, 125 Martin Road, New Holland, PA. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery.
