Amos G. Hahn

Amos G Hahn, 79, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Sarasota, FL, from an acute blood infection. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Joy Coblentz, his brother, Norman Hahn, husband of Elizabeth, and two sisters, Anna wife of the late Warren Martin and baby Esther Hahn. He was a member of Weaverland Mennonite Church, Weaverland Conference .

Amos worked at Conestoga Wood Products for many years. In the most recent years, he was a self-employed truck driver for AB Martin in Ephrata PA. He was proud Pop Pop to his grandchildren and great grandchildren and was very generous not only with his resources but with his time and energy. He especially enjoyed his time with friends and family at the cabin and in Florida.

He was the son of late Amos and Sarah (Good) Hahn. He is survived by his wife, Erma (Brubaker) Hahn and 5 children: Glenda wife of John Hoover, Sherri wife of Wilmer Horst, Donna wife of Brian Hosler, Bryan Hahn, husband of Luanne and Kendra wife of Steve Coblentz; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; and 2 siblings: Sam Hahn, husband of Verna and Irene wife of late Clarence Rutt.

A viewing will be on Monday, March 9, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Martindale Fellowship Center, 352 Martindale Rd, Ephrata. Funeral services will be March 10 at 9:30 at Weaverland Mennonite Church, 1120 Weaverland Road, East Earl, PA with officiating ministers Bishop Amos G Martin, David Martin, and Amos K Martin. Interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery.
