Anna Mae Corbett

Anna Mae Corbett, 71, of Narvon, formerly of Mohnton, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Centre, Narvon after a lengthy illness.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Paul Milton and Anna Mae (Englebach) Brown. Her longtime companion, Kenneth Weinhold, died March 24, 2013.

Anna worked 20 years as a seamstress at Dolfin-Jade Swimwear in Mohnton. She enjoyed rescuing animals on her own, music, baking, and she had a giving heart.

Surviving are three children, Arnelle Patricia Rock of Chester Springs, Allen Corbett of Mohnton, and Trace, married to Thomas Zdradzinski of Morgantown; four grandchildren, Sequoia Rock, Acacia Rock, Ashley Corbett, and Taylor Zdradzinski; a great grandson Aiden; four sisters and a brother, Sandra, married to Richard Patersen of Mt. Penn, Sylvia, married to Kenneth Snyder of Tampa, FL, Diane, married to Philip Schlegel of Laureldale, Paul, Jr., married to Susie Brown of Florida, and Cheryl, married to Bernie Morris of Carthage, TN.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 8 at 6:30 PM at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland. The family will receive friends from 6 – 6:30 PM.
