Anna Mary (Oberholtzer) Nolt, 77, of New Holland, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
She was the wife of the late John S. Nolt who died in 2021. Born in West Earl Twp, she was the daughter of the late Clayton L. and Annie (Martin) Oberholtzer.
Anna Mary was a homemaker and a member of the New Holland Mennonite Church, Groffdale Conference.
Surviving are 9 sons, Samuel husband of Verna (Shirk) Nolt of New Holland, David husband of Mary Ann (Zimmerman) Nolt of New Holland, John husband of Marlene (Zimmerman) Nolt of Orchard, IA, Isaac husband of Susan (Weaver) Nolt of Orchard, IA, James Nolt of New Holland, Paul husband of Rosanna (Brubaker) Nolt of New Holland, Joseph husband of Anna Mary (Sensenig) Nolt of Alta Vista, IA, Reuben husband of Vera (Martin) Nolt of Alta Vista, IA, and Daniel husband of Eileen (Leid) Nolt of New Holland; 3 daughters, Rachel wife of Edward Martin of Glenmont, OH, Mary wife of Norman Burkholder of Stanley, NY and Miriam wife of Norman Fox of Curtiss, WI; 98 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren; 6 brothers, Samuel husband of Malinda (Zeiset) Oberholtzer of Akron, Amos husband of Elizabeth (Reiff) Oberholtzer of Mifflinburg, Benjamin husband of Esther (Reiff) Oberholtzer of Shilo, OH, John Oberholtzer of Morgantown, Reuben husband of Mary Jane (Weaver) Oberholtzer of Ephrata, and Alvin husband of Vera (Zimmerman) Oberholtzer of Shiloh, OH; 1 sister, Miriam wife of Aaron Martin of Walnut Bottom, PA; a brother-in-law, Ezra Zimmerman of Mifflinburg, and a sister-in-law, Martha (Martin) Oberholtzer of Mifflinburg; she was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Nolt, a daughter-in-law, Anna Mae (Sensenig) Nolt wife of James, 2 sisters, Sarah (Oberholtzer) Nolt, and Magdalena (Oberholtzer) Zimmerman, a brother, Henry Oberholtzer, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 23, at 9:30 AM at the Groffdale Mennonite Church, 90 Groffdale Church Road, Leola, PA with Bishop Marvin Nolt officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewings will be held at 546 N. Shirk Road, on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
