Anne (DeBuhr) Hoffman, 84, a resident of Garden Spot Village, passed away on May 18, 2026 at her residence.

Born in Niagara Falls, NY and raised in Chadds Ford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and M. Joyce (Humes) DeBuhr.

She was the wife of Darrell M. Hoffman, VMD, with whom she shared 60 years of marriage.

She was a homemaker and longtime member of Bethel United Methodist Church and associate member of Garden Spot Village Community Church. She was a 1960 graduate of Unionville High School and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State University where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She was also a very active 59-year member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. She was a cat lover and enjoyed word games, flower gardening and crafts. Her faith was an integral part of her life, and she served as a Christ Servant minister and Community Bible Study Core Group Leader. She was also an avid sponsor of Compassion International and would travel worldwide with her husband to visit the children they sponsored. She went on several mission trips to Puerto Rico, Africa, China and the Zuni Reservation.

Anne is survived by her husband, Darrell, her children, Christopher (Tracey) Hoffman, Karen (Jerry) Sinagra and Katherine Hoffman (Frank McDonough), grandchildren, Bradley and Craig Hoffman and Adam and Grant Sinagra, her brother, Milton (June) DeBuhr, and three generations of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Bethel United Methodist Church, 952 Bethel Church Road, Spring City, PA 19475. A Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.
