Arlene O. Zimmerman

Arlene (Oberholtzer) Zimmerman, 69, of Narvon, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 22, 2024. Arlene was born in East Earl, PA, to her late parents, Paul H. and Lizzie W. (Oberholtzer) Shirk. She was the wife of Harvey R. Zimmerman, who survives at home.

Arlene was a member of Bowmansville Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference) and a homemaker. In addition to being a homemaker, Arlene found great joy in all flowers.

In addition to her husband, Arlene is survived by her children; Susan wife of Marlin Zimmerman, of Terre Hill, PA, David husband of Loretta Zimmerman, of Narvon, PA, Ellen wife of Linus Shirk, of Narvon, PA, Marlene wife of Glen Zimmerman, of East Earl, PA, Virginia wife of Lamar Martin, of Grandview, TX, Jason husband of Donna (Ringler), of Narvon, PA, Lois wife of Ryan Miller, of East Earl, PA and Harvey husband of Dorothy (Horst), of Ripley, OH. In addition, she is survived by 27 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings; Eugene Shirk husband of Esther (Leid), of Barnett, MO, Anna Mary wife of Harvey Hoover, of Curtiss, WI, Mabel wife of Lloyd Martin, of Colby WI, Ella Mae wife of Allen Zimmerman, of East Earl, PA, Nora wife of Eli Horning, of New Holland, Lucy wife of Allen Zimmerman, of Shiloh, OH, Pauline wife of Jonas Nolt, of East Earl, PA, Nancy wife John Zimmerman, of Narvon, PA, Esther wife of Ivan Zimmerman, of Greenwich, OH and Ruth Ann wife of the late David Aaron Sauder, of Leola, PA.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 9:30 AM at Bowmansville Mennonite Church, 913 Oaklyn Drive, Narvon, PA with Bishop Leon Zimmerman officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewings will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at the late home, 981 Oaklyn Drive, Narvon, PA, from 2:00 until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 until 8:00 PM
