B. Pearl Kimes

B. Pearl Kimes, 96, of New Holland, formerly of Parkerford, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at Lancaster General Hospital after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Kimes in 1998 and their son David in 1989.

Born in Anselma, Chester Co., she was the daughter of the late Oscar S. and Laurel Belle (Kimes) Griffith.

Pearl was a homemaker and later had worked for Mrs. Smiths Pies in charge of the Ready Bake Dept.

She enjoyed gardening and needlework.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Private interment will be in the Bethel Church Cemetery, Spring City. Kindly omit flowers.
