Barry Bills

Barry Bills, 59, of Gap, PA, passed away on June 12, 2024, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. He was born on December 30, 1964. Barry was a devoted brother, father, grandfather, uncle, soul mate, and friend. He always put his family first and was known for his willingness to help others in need.

Barry's love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for fishing and hunting. He was always busy with a project and enjoyed staying active. Barry served in the United States Army, demonstrating his dedication to his country.

In his career, Barry excelled as a Supervisor at Ward Mfg., showcased his mechanical skills as a shop owner, and most recently, he drove for the Amish community. His commitment and hard work were evident in all aspects of his life.

Barry is survived by his soul mate, Maryanne Hulslander, his sisters Sheila and Brenda Bills, his sons Bryan, Garrett, and Dalton Bills, stepchildren Thomas Bailey and Syvonne Hulslander, grandchildren Natalie and Elijah Bailey, Joseph and Cameron Cummings, and Annaleigha Wood, nieces Jennifer Carpenter, Paige Kreger, and Brittany Steves, nephews Chris Hilfiger, Alex Clark, and Tyler Steves, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friend Raymie Huyett. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Bills, and father, James (Jim) Bills.

His funeral will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the Groff-High-Eckenroth Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from Noon unit the time of service. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery.
