Betty L. Brubaker

Betty L. (Schneider) Brubaker, 84, of Terre Hill, passed away on August 12, 2016 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. She was the loving wife of Raymond “Whitey” Brubaker, who preceded her in death in 2011.

Born in Morris, PA, she was a daughter of the late Jacob C. and Mary Marie Schneider.

Betty worked as a home maker and was a member of Mt. Culmen E. C. Church. She was also a Girl Scout Troop Leader for over 30 years, an achievement of which she was extremely proud.

Betty is survived by four children: Sharon M. Brubaker of Philadelphia, Gregory Brubaker, husband of Briggitte, of Martindale, Fred Brubaker of Terre Hill, and Mary Latham of Lancaster; a grandson, Brandon J. Latham; a sister, Ruth Perry, wife of Bob, of Morris, PA; and two nephews: Randall Perry of Dillsburg, PA, and Darren Perry of Sayre, PA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and an infant brother, Samuel Schneider.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Culmen E. C. Church, 1885 Turkey Hill Rd., East Earl PA 17519 with Pastor Kevin Kirkpatrick officiating. Interment will be held in Terre Hill Cemetery with Pastor Craig Sensenig. Viewing will be held from 1-2 PM at the church prior to services.
