Betty J. Lowe

Betty J. “Joanne” Lowe, 49, of Gordonville, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 17, 2014 at the Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Greensboro, NC, she was the daughter of Harold and Betty (Norris) Lowe and step daughter of the late Betty D. (Stanley) Lowe.

Joanne enjoyed Facebook, cooking and baking along with taking care of people and her cats.

Surviving in addition to her parents is a fiancé, Arthur McGinnis of Gordonville; three sisters; three children; and four grandchildren.

Preceding her in death in addition to her step-mother is a brother, Harold.

A memorial service will be held on Aug. 25 at 7 pm at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland, PA 17557, with a visitation from 6-7 pm.
