Blanche E. Summers

Blanche E. (Warden) Summers, 90, passed away on November 24, 2023 as a resident of Welsh Mountain Home.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Kathryn Warden.

She was the loving wife of the late Richard L. Summers.

She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church and Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, putting together floral arrangements, the winter season, watching snowstorms and spending time with her family.

Blanche is survived by her son; Jeffery D. husband of Jessica Summers of Liberty, PA, grandsons; Jared husband of Rhiannon Summers and Stephen husband of Rachel Summers, great grandchildren; Madilynn, James and Lucas, sister; Myra White, daughter in law; Judith Summers and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her son; Richard L. Summers Jr., brothers; Clyde Warden Jr. and Jack Warden and sisters; Jeanne Byerly, Erma Martin and Dorothy Smith.

No services will be held at this time.
