Bobbie Jean Rodriquez

Bobbie Jean (Dissinger) Rodriquez, 66, of New Holland, passed away on February 5, 2024 at Wellspan Ephrata Hospital.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Eugene H. and Roberta W. (Widdekind) Dissinger.

She was the wife of Alejandro M. Rodriquez Sr., with whom she would have shared 40 years of marriage later this month.

She was a graduate of Garden Spot High School, Class of 1975 and was attending LCBC in Ephrata. She was a homemaker and was employed by Tyson Foods, the local silk mill, a taxi driver and Shipley Oil in previous years. She was a life member of the New Holland American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, she enjoyed traveling with her husband to see lighthouses, tending to her flower beds and playing games with her grandchildren.

Bobbie Jean is survived by her husband, she is survived by her son; Alejandro M, Rodriquez Jr., granddaughters; Abriella Rodriquez and Trinity Rodriquez, sister; Karla H. Sweigart, her mother-in-law; Mary Ellen Nelson and brother-in-law; Pete husband of Carol Rodriquez.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister; Jo Ann Dissinger.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
