Bridget G. Slider

Bridget G. “Girlfriend” Slider, 22, of Coatesville, died Monday, September 30, 2013 after a lengthy illness at the Brandywine Hospital.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Benjamin E., I, and Annetta (Rodriguez) Slider of Coatesville. She was a 2012 graduate of CCDC of Coatesville.

Bridget enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Flyers, Eagles and Phillies with her father. She loved her Elmo dolls and her dog Morgan.

Surviving in addition to her parents is a sister, Sherri, married to Howard Price of Coatesville; three brothers, Christopher, married to Tracy Forsythe of Paradise, Robert, married to Tarah Forsythe of Narvon, and Benjamin E. Slider, II of Coatesville; paternal grandmother, Marjorie Norris of Downingtown; god parents, Patrick, Jr. and Cindy Langan of Coatesville; 11 nieces and nephews; along with several aunts and uncles.

Preceding her in death is a maternal grandmother, Thora Ream.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 3-5 pm at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland with a prayer following at 5 pm by the Reverend Frederick Kerr.
