Bruce Carlton Leidy

Bruce Carlton Leidy, 71, of Narvon, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

He was the husband of Roxanne Lee Parks Leidy. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Benjamin F. and Patricia Myers Leidy.

Bruce was a mechanic and a partner in B. F. Leidy and Sons in Kinzer’s. He was an avid hunter who also enjoyed fishing, boating and NASCAR. Bruce served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Gap VFW Post 7418, and the Christiana American Legion Post 865.

Surviving besides his wife are five children, Patricia Jean wife of Jeremy Leidy of Smyrna, DE, Jacqueline Lentz of Narvon, Virgil Anderson of Wilmington, DE, Lisa Leidy of Dover, DE, and Patricia wife of Joey Burkman of East Earl; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; and a brother, Michael husband of Mardette Leidy of Gap. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Leilani Gantt.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 2, at 11:30 A.M. at the Groff High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, PA with Chaplain Chet Yoder officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
