Calvin B. Good

Calvin B. Good, 87, of 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland, formerly of Bowmansville, died Friday May 4 at Garden Spot Village.

Born in East Earl, he was the son of the late Harvey H. and Susie (Burkhart) Good.

Calvin graduated from Terre Hill High School and then served in the Army Air Corps during World War II in England, France, and Trinidad.

He was employed for many years at the former Allen G. Musser Appliance Store, retiring in 1995. He enjoyed bowling and playing cards.

Surviving are eight siblings: Harvey B. Good, Mohnton; Elizabeth married to Harvey Mensinger, Avon Park, FL; Gertrude married to C. Marlin Hess, Lititz; Andrew married to Clara Good, Reamstown; Sarah married to Gordon Landis, East Petersburg; Willis married to Ellen Good, Stevens; James B. Good, Mohnton and Charles married to Linda Good, Reading.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Gladys Horst and three brothers: Marvin B., David B. and Walter B. Good.
