Charlotte L. O'Neill

Charlotte L. O’Neill, 96, formerly of Elverson, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the Mifflin Center in Shillington.

She was the wife of the late Warren C. O’Neill who died in 2004. Born in Elverson, she was the daughter of the late Jonathan and Florence Keiffer Millard.

Charlotte had been a homemaker and a member of Robeson Evangelical Lutheran Church. She had been very active in automobile clubs and was a member of Hershey Region and the Pottstown Region of the Antique Auto Club, Antique Automobile Club of America, and the Chester County Antique Car Club. She had been involved with the Hay Creek Historical Association and the Twin Valley Senior Citizens. She was a life member of the Geigertown Fire Company, had been a director the Berks County Fire Police and a member of the Geigertown Fire Police.

Surviving is a son, Charles W. husband of Vickie O’Neill of Harbeson, DE; 1 grandson, 1 step granddaughter, 3 great grandsons: and a sister, Geraldine Kaiser of Elverson. She was preceded in death by siblings, Jonathan, Edward and Horace Millard, and Mazzie McGinnis.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 9, at 11:00 AM at the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill, PA. Interment in Robeson Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.
