Christian G. Zook

Christian G. Zook, 74, of New Holland, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, at home. Christian was born in Lancaster City, to his late parents, John and Emma (Glick) Zook. He is survived by his beloved wife at home, Betty J. (Griffith) Zook.

A diligent worker all his life, Christian retired from Hoobers Feeds after 27 years of service. He then went back to work, working one day a week at a local hatchery. He enjoyed volunteering for the Intercourse Fire Company for over 20 years and enjoyed attending Blue Ball Mennonite Church.

In addition to his beloved wife, Christian is survived by his siblings, Mary King and her husband Bennie, of New Holland, David Zook and his wife Ruth, of Lititz, Jacob Zook and his wife Fannie, of New Holland, Susan Zook and her husband Daniel, of Leola, and Dora Bowen and her husband Bryan, of Nottingham.

In addition to his parents, Christian was predeceased by his stepdaughter, Angela Nuse.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, beginning at 4:00 PM at Blue Ball Mennonite Church, 143 Ewell Rd, Blue Ball, PA, with Joel Martin and Stephen Horst officiating. A viewing will take place at the church from 3:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will take place immediately following the funeral service in the adjoining church cemetery.
