Christie Ann Oliver

Christie Ann Oliver, 65, of New Holland, passed away at Maple Farm Nursing Center, Akron, on Thursday, October 3, 2024.

Born In Reading, she was the daughter of Eugene E. McCoy of Venice, FL and the late Marlene A. McCoy.

She was a 1976 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School. She enjoyed cooking, helping anyone in need, gardening and spending time with her cats. Christie retired from Lancaster Fine Foods and prior to that she had worked at Advanced Food Products for many years.

Christie was raised in the Methodist Church but also embraced Catholicism.

Surviving in addition to her father is her husband, Donald M. Oliver, her son, Jeremy M. Lord, husband of Samantha, Reading; a step-daughter, Alicia Lando, Lancaster; three grandchildren, Damon, Eric and Kaylee Lando; a sister, Cathie McCoy, wife of Hassan Sabeh-Ayoun, Saudi Arabia; and a brother, Eugene P. McCoy husband of Carol, Englewood, FL. She was preceded in death by her sister Michele, a brother, Scott D., and maternal grandmother, Jennie Conard, and father-in-law and mother-in-law Nazarro and Virginia Oliver.

Services were private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Humane Pennsylvania Lancaster Campus, 2195 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA 17602
