Clara Elizabeth Stauffer

Clara Elizabeth Stauffer, 94 of Lititz, formerly of New Holland, died Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Brethren Village where she had resided for many years.

Born in East Earl Twp., she was the daughter of the late Jacob J. and Bessie E. (Frankhouser) Stauffer.

Clara worked as a Senior Mail Clerk at Ford New Holland, now CNH, for 30 years, retiring in 1982.

She was a member of Bridgeville E. C. Church where she formerly served as Sunday School Secretary for many years.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were three sisters: Marguerite Gehman, Ruth Rutt, and Evelyn Stauffer.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Brethren Village Chapel, 3001 Lititz Pike, Lititz with Chaplain Mark Tedford officiating. Interment will be in the United Methodist Cemetery of Churchtown. The family will receive friends at the chapel on Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m.. If desired, memorials may be sent to the Brethren Village Endowment Fund, 3001 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. The Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland is in charge of arrangements.
