Connie L. Barnhart

Connie L. Barnhart, 68, of Narvon, died Friday, April 24, 2015 at her home after a lengthy illness.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Doris (Koelbl) Morrison.

Connie worked as a School Bus Driver and the "Printing Princess" for the ELANCO School District. She also worked as a potter for Kaplin’s Pottery in Bowmansville. She enjoyed Tap Dancing with Class Act in New Holland, was an actress at the Ephrata Act Theater and bowled on 3 different leagues at Blue Ball Lanes. She also loved watching her grandchildren at their sporting events.

Surviving is her life partner, Connie L. Ginder; two sons, John, married to Andrea Barnhart of Ephrata, and Paul, married to Krysta Barnhart of Denver; one daughter, Brandy, married to Scott Diehm of Akron, two step-daughters, Carmen, married to John Fritz of Mohnton, and Brandy Hubert, partner of Marty Hyneman of Mohnton; 12 grandchildren; a brother, David, married to Doris Morrison of Willow Street; and two sisters, Cindy, married to Tom Harnish of New Providence, and Beth, married to Phil Romagano of Lancaster.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at 11 AM at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland. Interment will be in the Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 28 from 6-8 pm and on Wednesday from 10-11. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice & Community Care, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
