Cory Valentin Santiago

Cory Valentin Santiago, 25, of New Holland, died Saturday, March 9, 2013 in a car accident in Leola.

Born in Charlotte, NC he is the son of Michael Santiago and Damary Santiago Valentin of New Holland.

Cory graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2006 and has attended three years at Penn State University. Currently he was taking online courses.

Cory was attending the Worship Center in Leola and Our Lady of Lourdes Church in New Holland. He enjoyed music, computers, politics, going to the beach, and skiing.

Surviving in addition to his parents are paternal grandparents, Miguel and Adelina Santiago of Terre Hill, and maternal grandmother, Carmen Valentin of New Holland. He is also survived by several aunts & uncles; Ross & Barb Santiago, Lillian Santiago & Tim Wolfe, Chuck & Miriam Bracken, Ed Santiago, Nancy Noyes & Jeff McKillips, Cruzito & Jane Valentin, Frank Valentin & Lori Bair, Carmen Valentin, and Tony & Paula Valentin. He has many cousins, nephews, and nieces who were all a big part of his life. He loved his family dearly. There was a special place in his heart for all.

Preceding him in death is his maternal grandfather, Cruz Valentin.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 14 at 11 am at the Worship Center, 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family at the New Holland Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Worship Center on Thursday from 9 – 11 am.
