Dale S. Ewell

Dale S. Ewell, 57, of Terre Hill, died Friday, July 24, 2015 from complications following heart surgery.

Born in Lancaster he was the son of the late Herman R. and Susan Betty (Shirk) Ewell. He was married 16 years on Nov. 4 to Cindy S. (Wardenski) Ewell.

Dale graduated from Garden Spot High School in 1975 and retired as a truck driver from H.R. Ewell.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in New Holland. He enjoyed sports and was a Phillies fan. He also enjoyed looking at Old Trucks and collecting sea shells.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother, Calvin E., married to Diane M. (Nolt) Ewell of East Earl; a sister, Susan L., married to Rick H. Haverstick of Ephrata; and seven nieces and nephews, Scott Ewell, Steve Ewell, Mark Ewell, Kelly Ewell, Abby, married to Dustin Finger, Becky Haverstick, and Crystal Haverstick.
