David P. Herbert, 63, of Lititz, died August 31, 2017 at Hospice & Community Care, Lancaster.
Born in Kutztown, he was a son of the late Paul and Elva (Remp) Herbert.
Surviving are two daughters, Joleen Reiff and JoAnn Anderson; a son, Paul Herbert; 3 grandchildren; and 3 sisters.
