David Y. Stoltzfus, 89, of 2499 Zerbe Rd., Narvon, formerly of Elverson died Monday, December 19, 2011 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center. Born in Lancaster County, he was the son of the late Enos B. and Annie (Yoder) Stoltzfus. David was employed by Bechtel's dairy, was a long distance truck driver, and was most recently employed by Brubacher Excavating. He was an active member of Twin Valley Bible Chapel serving in various church positions. He had also taught a boys Sunday School class for many years. Surviving are three sons: Clifford Eugene married to Doris (Beam) Stoltzfus, Fort Loudon; David Lee Stoltzfus, Saratoga Springs, NY; and Phillip Dean married to Keah (Fields) Stoltzfus, Chambersburg; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and five siblings: Ruth married to Henry Bowman, Lititz; Martha married to Marvin Bartel, Lititz; Salinda married to Floyd Weber, Denver; Titus married to Marian (Rutt) Stoltzfus, Lititz; and Orpha S. King, Denver. He was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Byler. His funeral will be held on Friday, December 23 at 11 AM at Twin Valley Bible Chapel , 105 Shirktown Rd., Narvon, PA 17555 with Pastor Bill Muller officiating. Interment will be in Conestoga Mennonite Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 9 to 11 AM.
