Deborah A. Baxter

Deborah A. Baxter, 59, of 3503 Rothsville Rd., Ephrata, died Monday, May 9, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County, Lancaster. She was married for 42 years to Roger A. Baxter. Born in Ephrata, she was the daughter of the late James and Josephine (Rudy) Eby. She worked most of her life in customer service and sales for the former Victor F. Weaver, Inc., Cloister Spring Water, and most recently at Ressler Hardwoods. A member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ, New Holland, she was also an avid quilter, excellent cook, and enjoyed going to her grandson’s sporting events. In addition to her husband, she will be missed by her two sons: James married to Alison Baxter, Denver and Bradley, Lititz; grandsons Nathan and Nicolas; a sister Sandra married to Edward Bonilla, New Holland and two brothers: Kevin married to Jamie Eby, East Berlin and Brian married to Kindra Eby, Reinholds. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 13 at 6:30 pm at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland with Pastor Ann Few officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:30.
