Debra “Grammy” J. (Frank) Means, 68, of New Holland passed away on January 14, 2025 in her residence.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Betty (Hostetter) Frank.
She was the wife of John “Bill” Means Jr., with whom she shared 40 years of marriage.
She was employed as an assembler for CNH for 38 years. She loved fishing and being outdoors, cooking for her family, going to the Outer Banks and hunting with Bill. She was known as Grammy to many, especially her grandchildren and family who were her world.
Debra is survived by her husband, Bill, children, John E. Means, Kimberly A. Frank, Melissa S. Long and Amanda N. Means, grandchildren, Mellisa, Scarlett, Paige, Autumn and Brooke and two great granddaughters, Mikayla and Aryanna. Also surviving are her brothers, David L. Frank husband of Faye L., James H. Frank husband of Cynthia and Ronald E. Frank.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda L. Showalter and her daughter in law, Crystal R. Means.
Services will be held private at the convenience of the family.
