Delores Lawn

Delores (Rotko) Lawn, 85, of East Earl, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at her home. She was the wife of the late William W. Lawn, Jr. With her passing, heaven welcomed a special angel.

Born in Olyphant, PA, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Anastasia (Nimcheck) Rotko.

Delores was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed. She enjoyed word search and crossword puzzles, watching t.v., reading, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Delores worked at Quality Disposal, Morgantown, for over 39 years. She took great pride in her work and shared a close relationship with all of her co-workers.

Surviving her are 2 children: Richard D. Karp, married to Kelley E. Karp, and Debbie Williams, married to Tom Williams; a daughter-in-law, Bonnie L. Zellner; a brother-in-law, Tony Caudullo, Sr.; 7 grandchildren: Stacy A. Zellner, married to Tim E. Zellner, Jerry M. Karp, Jr., married to Chrissy M. Karp, Shaun Williams, Kory R. Karp, married to Michele Karp, Rachael M. Taylor, Rebecca L. Taylor, and Matthew A. Taylor; a great-grandaughter, Jenna Eberhardt; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a son, Jerry M. Karp, Sr., a sister, Marlene Caudullo, and a brother, Paul “Bud” Rotko.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 11 AM at Bridgeville Evangelical Congregational Church, 5971 Division Highway, Narvon, PA, 17555. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be held on Saturday from 9-11 AM at the church. Arrangements by Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland.
