Delores Elaine Snader

Delores Elaine (Hahn) Snader, 87, a resident of Maple Farm, passed away on May 17, 2025.

Born in Blue Ball, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Cleta (Diehm) Hahn.

She was the wife of the late Ray W. Snader, with whom she married on July 2, 1955 and shared 68 years of marriage until the time of his passing on July 17, 2023.

She was a member of Mt. Culmen EC Church and was employed as a bus driver for Elanco School District in her earlier years. She enjoyed traveling, quilting, crocheting clothing for dolls and playing the piano.

Delores is survived by her children, Robert R. husband of Ruth (Dentel) Snader, Doris J. Snader wife of Dawn M. Boltz, Jeffrey L. husband of Esther (Rissler) Snader, Julia A. Snader and John G. husband of Patricia (Suarez) Snader, six grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, John T. Hahn, Frank Hahn Jr., Ruth Ann Ford and Gloria Hilton.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Culmen EC Church, 1885 Turkey Hill Road, East Earl PA 17519. A Viewing will be held for one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be held in Terre Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lancaster SPCA, 848 S Prince St, Lancaster PA 17603 or to Mt. Culmen EC Church at the address above.
