Dolores "Toot" R. Young

Dolores R. “Toot” (Coble) Young, 87, of New Holland, passed away on January 14, 2025 in her residence.

Born in Kinzer, she was the daughter of the late Winfield M. and Anna M. (Groff) Coble.

She was the lifelong companion of Thomas “Tom Cat” McKillips, with whom she’s shared 57 years together.

She was employed as a server for many years at Dutch Haven and then she retired from Bob Evans in Lancaster. She enjoyed stamp collecting, taking care of her flower gardens, playing computer games and playing bingo.

Toot is survived by her lifelong companion, Tom, daughter, Wendy A. wife of Michael W. Rhinier, grandchildren, Tyler, Nicholas, Brooke and Brandon, great grandchildren, Thomas “TJ”, Domanik, Terrance, Mackenzie, Matthew Jr., Harley and Gabriel and daughter in law, Joyce Young.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Randy L. “Roach” Young, Ralph W. “Wild Bill” Young and Terry W. “Pack Rat” Young, grandson, Dustin Young, granddaughter, Tegan March and siblings, Helen Schulze and Robert Coble.

At Toot’s request, there will be no services held.
