Domenica Baiocco

Domenica (Grimaldi) Baiocco, 93, formerly of Yonkers, NY, passed away on January 8, 2025. She was a resident of Garden Spot Village.

Born in Yonkers, NY, Domenica was the daughter of the late Domenico and Maria (Botta) Grimaldi.

She was the wife of the late Anthony F. Baiocco Sr., with whom she married on September 16, 1950 and shared 55 years of marriage until the time of his passing on September 14, 2006.

Prior to moving to PA, Domenica was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Yonkers, NY and enjoyed her life as a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, reading and visiting with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Domenica is survived by her sons, Anthony F. Baiocco Jr., (significant other Yolanda Carley ) and Marc (husband of Carol). Her grandchildren: Marc Jr. (husband of Jennifer), Lauren (wife of Steven) and Alicia Baiocco. Domenica was blessed with three great grandchildren: Ava, Everett and Jaxon.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Ann Baiocco and siblings, Constantina Gentile, Gabriel Grimaldi, Mary Santilli and Rose Stasiak.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery, 280 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY 10530.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Garden Spot Benevolent Fund, 433 S. Kinzer Avenue, New Holland PA 17557.
