Donald A. Doster

Donald A. Doster, 64, of New Holland, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Hospice & Community Center in Mt. Joy after a lengthy battle with cancer and COPD.

Born in Sidney, NY he was the son of the late Eugene F. and Gabriele (Bondzin) Doster. He was married 10 years on Aug. 7 to Carol L. (Sandoe) Doster.

Don worked as a tow motor operator for 10 years for R.R. Donnelley in Lancaster.

Don enjoyed working with his computer.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, Donald A. Doster, Jr. of NY; three step daughters, Carried Vanderhorst of NY, Betty Fahringer of Bloomsburg, PA, and Stacy Witenski of Denver, PA; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and three brothers, Frederick E. Doster of Lexington, KY, Richard C. Doster of Arden, NC, and Charles R. Doster of Norfolk, VA.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17 from 6-8 pm at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, PA 17557. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
