Donald E. Newman

Donald “Donnie” E. Newman, 61, of Denver, passed away on July 16, 2026.

Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Robert and Kay (McWilliams) Newman.

He was the longtime companion of Sherry L. Lando for the last twenty years.

He was a drywaller since he was 16 years old, he was currently working for Brubaker Drywall. He was a member of the Adamstown Rod and Gun Club, where he enjoyed spending time with friends. He enjoyed attending car shows with his 1969 Camaro. Donnie will be remembered as a hard worker, his fun personality and his love of having a good time. Above all, Donnie loved spending time with his son and his granddaughters.

He is survived by his companion, Sherry, his son, Donald “DJ” J. Rhodes, his granddaughters, Bryn and Avery Rhodes and his brother, Danny Newman.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Newman and Ronnie Newman.

A Service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM at C. Stanley Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E Main Street, Terre Hill PA 17581. There will be a viewing from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
