Durell Lee Zimmerman

Durell Lee Zimmerman, age 4, of New Holland, died Saturday, May 23, 2015 at his home from natural causes related to his special needs condition since birth.

Born in Ephrata he was the son of Glen M. and Cristine (Brubaker) Zimmerman.

Also surviving are three sisters and two brothers, Rozelle J., Glendon R., Kayla B, Karla F., and Trenton K. Zimmerman all at home; paternal grandparents, Raymond G. and Esther Mae (Martin) Zimmerman of Ephrata; maternal grandparents, Mervin L. and Rhoda (Shirk) Brubaker of Womelsdorf; and his paternal great grandfather, Henry H. Martin of Ephrata.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28 at 9 AM at Fairmount Homes Farmcrest Chapel, 1100 Farmcrest Dr., Ephrata with further services at 9:30 at the Groffdale Mennonite Church with the Bishop Curvin Zimmerman, Eric Hoover, Richard Burkholder, and Edwin Reiff officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Farmcrest Chapel. Kindly omit flowers. Arrangements by Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland.
