Earl W. Martin

Earl W. Martin, 90, a resident of Garden Spot Village, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

He was married 70 years to A. Fay Snader Martin. Born in East Earl, he was the son of the late Lester C. and Esther H. Witmer Martin.

Earl was the retired owner of Martin’s Sewing Center. He was a member of Weaverland Anabaptist Faith Community. Earl enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Big Oak Hunting Camp in Lycoming County. He enjoyed gardening and bird watching.

Surviving besides his wife is a daughter, Patricia Ann Burkhart of Denver; two sons, Randall L., husband of Lisa J. Martin and Linford S., husband of Janelle L. Martin both of Mohnton; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Leaman.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 12, at 10:00 A.M. at Weaverland Anabaptist Faith Community, 210 Weaverland Valley Road, East Earl, PA. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
