Edna Klaassen Miller Gambino

Edna Klaassen Miller Gambino, 96, of Lancaster, formerly of Terre Hill and Ephrata, died Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Conestoga View in Lancaster after a brief illness.

Born in Terre Hill, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Lottie (Townsley) Hahn. Her husband, Henry Klaassen, died in 1953.

Edna worked 29 years at the former Warner Lambert, now Pfizer, in Lititz, retiring in 1987.

She was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church in Terre Hill and she enjoyed cooking, baking, Polka dancing, and her nieces and nephews.

She is the last of her 13 brothers and sisters.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff and doctor at Conestoga View for their kind care of Edna.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 25 from 6-8 pm at the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill. A private graveside service will be held at the Terre Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Edna.
