Ella M. Oberholtzer

Ella M. Oberholtzer, 90, of East Earl, passed away at home on Friday, July 26, 2024

She was the husband of Adam Oberholtzer. She was born in Ephrata to the late Samuel K. and Daisy (Getz) Martin.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Weaverland Mennonite Church (Weaverland Conference),

Surviving besides her husband are two children, Edwin married to Lucy Oberholtzer, East Earl and Ella Mae married to Stanley J. Zimmerman, Lebanon, 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sister, Elizabeth Snader of Reinholds and a sister-in-law, Janice Martin of Lititz. She was preceded in death by a son, Leon Oberholtzer, a twin sister Emma High, four brothers, Paul, Wayne, Eli and Ivan Martin, and three sisters, Annie Martin, Edna Hoover and Mary Gerhart.

The family would like to thank Hospice and Community Care for the wonderful care they provided to Ella at the end of her life.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 5, at 9:30 A.M. at the Weaverland Mennonite Church, 1120 Weaverland Road, East Earl, PA with Bishop Amos G. Martin officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewings will be held on Sunday, August 4, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. at the Farmcrest Chapel at Farimount Homes, 1100 Farmcrest Drive, Ephrata, PA.
