Elmer G. Musser

Elmer G. Musser, Sr., 91, a resident of Ephrata Manor, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was the husband of the late Emma Mohler Musser who died in 2015. Born in Bowmansville, he was the son of the late Joseph and Salome Gehman Musser.

Elmer had been employed as a small engine mechanic at the former Allen G. Musser Store in Bowmansville. He was a member of Pine Grove Church. He enjoyed wood carving and deep sea fishing. Elmer served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

Surviving are three sons, Elmer, Jr. husband of Cindy Musser of Northport, NY, Kevin husband of Glenda Musser of Columbia, and Dr. Dale Musser of San Francisco, CA; 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; and a sister Elsie Bowman of FL.

Military Honors will be rendered at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 9th at the Groff High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, PA. The family will greet friends following the military honors.
