Elverna L. Ulrich

Elverna L. Ulrich, 92, of Lititz, formerly of Narvon, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, surrounded by her loving family and the caring staff at Moravian Manor.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Helen (Steinecke) Bauer. Her husband, Charles W. Ulrich, II, died July 18, 1988.

Elverna was a homemaker and a former member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in East Earl. She enjoyed playing BINGO at McDonalds in Morgantown on Wednesday mornings along with knitting, crocheting, and yard work.

Surviving are three sons, Charles W., III, married to Debra Ulrich of Ephrata, Robert A., married to Elaine Ulrich of Narvon, and Donald L., married to Carol Ulrich of Denver; a daughter, Nancy, married to David R. Kaucher of Ephrata; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and a sister, Bernice Cook of Saylorsburg.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 25 at 11 am at the Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland, with the Reverend Bradley Haws officiating.
