Eugene K. Beiler

Eugene K. Beiler, 94, of Mohnton, passed away peacefully at home on September 24, 2025. Eugene was born in Morgantown PA, to his late parents, Levi S. Beiler and Anna L. (Kurtz) Beiler. Eugene’s wife, Erla (Youndt) Beiler, passed away on December 19, 2022.

Eugene was a devoted family man, who loved his family dearly. He attended Pine Grove Church. He owned and operated Beiler’s Country Store, also worked at Reading Hospital in security. In his spare time, he enjoyed driving anything that had wheels. He was an airport limo driver, a truck driver, he drove ambulance for Reading Hospital, and even a school bus. Eugene was an avid gardener and loved mowing grass, even at Tel Hai Camp and YWAM Campus in Jamaica. He also enjoyed playing games, discussing his faith, history, geography and politics with family and friends.

Eugene is survived by his children, Perry L. Beiler and his wife Carol, of Narvon, Richard Lee Beiler and his wife Cathy, of Ephrata, Jean Redmond and her husband Henry, of Franklin, WV, Sandra Redcay and her husband Alvin, of Mohnton, Heidi Reigner and her husband Jonathan, of Birdsboro, Burt Beiler and Bret Beiler of IN. In addition, he is survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and his siblings, Florence Groff, Vernon Beiler, and Vida Beiler of New Holland.

In addition to his parents and loving wife, Eugene was predeceased by his daughter, Bernice Beiler, and sisters, Alma Bloss and Nora Eberly.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, beginning at 3:00 PM at Pine Grove Church, 1194 Reading Road, Bowmansville, with Pastors Jonthan Yoder and Shane Symolon officiating. A viewing will be held at the church beginning at 2:00 PM until the time of the service. Burial will immediately follow the funeral service in Bethany Grace Fellowship Church Cemetery, 400 Reading Road, East Earl.
