Eugene S. Newswanger

Eugene S. Newswanger, 22, of East Earl, died at his home on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Born in East Earl Twp., he was the son of Lloyd K. and Sarah F. (Sensenig) Newswanger, who survive.

Eugene was a machinist and a member of Spring Grove Mennonite Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by six siblings: Leroy S., Curvin S., Duane S., Elaine S., Marie S., and Lewis S., all at home, maternal grandparents, John M. and Alta Z. (Fox) Sensenig, New Holland and paternal grandparents Allen B. and Sue Etta (Kilmer) Newswanger, East Earl.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at Spring Grove Mennonite Church. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Earl Weaver residence, 1454 Union Grove Rd., East Earl. Kindly omit flowers.
