Evelyn Oyola, 63, of Terre Hill, passed away at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Evelyn was born in Brooklyn, NY, to her mother Antonia (Ortiz) Diaz and her late father, William Oyola.

Evelyn loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing cards and socializing with those she loved. Another great fondness of Evelyn’s was tending to her roses.

In addition to her mother, Evelyn is survived by her children, Emil Ferrer and his wife Tara, of Terre Hill, Wilfredo Torres Oyola, of Terre Hill, and Evelise Nieves and her husband Marcos, of Allentown, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Alexander L. Rivera, Carmen M. Rodriguez and her husband Brandon, Amanda R. Ferrer and her husband Nate, Emil Ferrer, Jr., Isaac Ferrer, and her great grandchildren, Aiden Anderson, Aliya Anderson and Deliana Rodriguez. In addition, she is survived by her brothers, Willy Oyola and his wife Leann Oyola, Joey Oyola and his wife Ivette Colon Oyola, and Duamel Diaz and his wife Lotus Diaz.

A Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, beginning at 4:00 PM, at C. Stanley Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 East Main Street, Terre Hill, and will be offered by Father Matthew Morelli. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home. A private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
