Fannie Mae Hartz

Fannie Mae “Fan” (Yoder) Hartz, 85, of Lititz, passed away on August 2, 2015 at Landis Homes. She was the wife of the late Jacob A. Hartz, who died in 2006.

Born January 30, 1930 in Topeka, IN, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mattie (Miller) Yoder.

She was a member of the Hopewell Christian Fellowship.

She is survived by two sons: Richard Hartz of Middletown, CT, and Robert “Bob” Hartz, husband of Linda, of Reinholds; four grandchildren: Michael R., Kristina L., Jonathan R., and Abigail J. Hartz; and many nieces and nephews.

Fan was preceded in death by five siblings: Katie Kauffman and Elmina, Freeman, Melvin, and Truman Yoder.

Funeral Services will be held at Hopewell Christian Fellowship, 2286 Hopewell Rd., Elverson PA 19520 on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 10:30 AM with Pastor Mark Kraybill officiating. A graveside service will be held prior to services at 9 AM at the Oley Mennonite Church Cemetery, 1571 Memorial Highway, Oley PA 19547. A viewing will be held in the East Bethany Chapel at Landis Homes, 1001 E. Oregon Rd., Lititz PA 17543 on Friday, August 7, 2015 from 6-8 PM. Arrangements by Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill.
