Frank Jacob Ludwig

Frank Ludwig, 91, passed away November 7, 2024, at Fairmount Homes, Ephrata. His beloved wife Dawn passed away in 1997, he was also predeceased in 1985 by a daughter Gail.

He graduated from New Holland High School in 1951 and lived in the New Holland area his whole life except for the time he served in Korea with the US Army. He attended New Holland United Methodist Church, now Friendship Church, his whole life.

Frank was passionate about Farmland Preservation, serving as President of the Earl Township Farmland Preservation Trust for several years. He loved hiking, hunting, fishing and spelunking.

He is survived by his children Barb, Dwight, and Carole and their spouses; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service for Frank at the Groff High Funeral Home, 145 West Main Street, New Holland, on Tuesday, November 19th at 11:00 AM. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment with Military Honors is Center Union Cemetery, East Earl, PA
