Franklin L. Mast

Franklin L. Mast, 61, of Morgantown passed away at his home on Friday, August 19, 2016. His wife of 21 years, Patricia (Huffman) Mast, survives.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Edith (Mast) Mast

Frank was a dairy farmer, an electrician, and was recently employed by Owen J. Roberts School District.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by eight children: Justin Mast, Megan Mast, Lisa Whalen, Kathryn Wright, Deborah Frey, Amanda Wright, Jed Wright, and Ben Wright; nine grandchildren; and two siblings: Sharon Stoltzfus and Ed Mast.

A memorial service celebrating Frank’s life will be held on Saturday, August 27 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Morgantown. Visitation will begin at 9:30 and the service will be at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to St. Thomas Episcopal Church to be dispensed to such community outreach programs as the Twin Valley Food Pantry and The Village Library.
