Fyrne M. Means, 99, of 333 Wheat Ridge Dr., Ephrata, formerly of Churchtown, died Friday, March 13, 2015 at Fairmount Homes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Means in 1997.


Born in Parkesburg, she was the daughter of the late Horace L. and Sarah E. (Foster) Miller.


She was a homemaker and attended Twin Valley Bible Chapel.


Surviving is a step-daughter, Linda L. Hudack married to Robert J. Hobbins, The Villages, FL.


She was preceded in death by four siblings: Harold F. Miller, Horace F. Miller, Edith M. Moore, and Leon Z. Miller.


Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Beck Funeral Home, 315 E. Main St., New Holland with Pastor James Hertzler officiating. Interment will be in the United Methodist Cemetery of Churchtown. A viewing will be held at Beck’s on Wednesday from 9 – 10 a.m. Kindly omit flowers.
