Harry F. Mcclure

Harry F. McClure, 94, of New Holland, died Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Lebanon VA Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Westwood, PA he was the son of Harry and Clara Elsie (Wallace) McClure. His wife, Elizabeth (Axsmith) McClure, died June 13, 2007.

Harry retired in 1982 from Lukens Steel in Coatesville after 40 years of service. He was a member of St. Stephen Reformed Church and he enjoyed yard work, hunting and reading.

During World War II he served in the US Army Air Force.

Surviving is a son-in-law, James “Pete” Lester of Denver; a cousin, James Todd of Narvon; and two nephews, Eddie and Barry Baylor.

Preceding him in death is a daughter, Judith A. “Judy” Lester on Jan. 8, 2007; and a sister, Grace Baylor.
