Surviving is his wife Lynne (Vrooman) Prugh; his daughter, Kathy L., married to William Gartner of Newtown, Pa., and his son Dr. Mark, married to Holly (Moyer) Prugh of Lansdale, Pa. He was very proud that both of them are in professions of ministering to others, Kathy as a nurse and Mark as a pastor. He is also survived by two granddaughters, Bethany L. Creel of Mount Laurel, NJ, and Emily J. Prugh of Lansdale; twin great-grandchildren, Lilly and Josiah Creel; a brother Allen Prugh of Shelocta, Pa; and two sisters, Edna Grace of Indiana, Pa., and Elsie Kenly of Shelocta, Pa. Preceding him in death are five brothers, David, Arthur, Ernest, Roy and Blair; and three sisters, Mary Gress, Martha Reefer, and Verda Snyder. He served four years in the Air Force. He graduated from Schenectady Community College, Schenectady, NY; Russell Sage College, Troy, NY; and attended the Management masters program at Ryder College, Lawrenceville, NJ. He spent his entire working career with the Federal Highway Administration starting out in Albany, NY and finishing his career as a supervisory systems accountant in Washington, DC.
