Helen Elena Byrne

Helen Elena Byrne, 96, formerly of Freehold, NJ, a resident of Garden Spot Village, New Holland, PA passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

She was the wife of the late Augustus H. Byrne, Jr., who died in 1982. Born in Manhattan, she was the daughter of the late John and Pasquelina Costantino Andretta.

Helen was a beautician for many years. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Freehold, NJ. She enjoyed traveling, reading, the beach and spending time with her family.

Surviving are two daughters, Susan M. wife of Theodore G. Lis of Reading, and Donna J. wife of Michael D. Loose, Sr. of Denver; three grandchildren, Christopher S. husband of Kimberly Lis of Las Vegas, Michael D., Jr. husband of Mindy R. Loose of Ft. Washington, and Jennifer R. Foltz of Denver; five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 3, at 10:30 A.M. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church,16 McLean St, Freehold, NJ.
